My phone fell in water, I went in to get it fixed, they fixed it within a few days saying the mother board was fried and it needed to be replaced and charged me 200$ which was fine until my phone suddenly died a week later, when I brought it back in and told them it wasn’t working anymore they kept it for another 2 days and then called me to pick it up this time charging me 40$ saying that the phone was most likely going to stop working again as the mother board was damaged, I told the guy well you just fixed it last week , he said there was nothing he could do.

Never going back to this place again the guy is a lier and cheater.

As I said the first time you said mother board was changed and charged 200$, second time you said it couldn’t be changed as I would I would lose all my data and charged me 40$ to recover the data.

Why wouldn’t you say the first time that I would need a new phone and you could only recover the data, instead of saying the motherboard has been changed and sending me off.

Bad business ethics!!

I got my phone fixed about two weeks ago. The issue was with the screen and the screen is not working. As he fixed it, he said that I came with a one month warranty. Two weeks after the repair the screen stopped working, and I took it back to the store. I asked for a repair as it was still within the time of the warranty, and he started saying no. The issue is internal damage and not with the screen however, he failed to show me where the internal damage was. He said the issue was with the screen and then after I said, OK fix it as it’s part of the warranty, he said no the issue was part of the internal damage. He failed to show me where the internal damage was as you can see in the picture the only issues with the screen and the issue fit inside the warranty. As you can see in the picture the screen is not damaged which made it eligible for the warranty

Amazing place, I had my iPhone repaired today with a new front panel.

The server who was assigned to help myself was very personable and made me feel welcome.
I was so happy conduct business with him.
I found the clerk knowledgable and helpful!
It is nice to find help from people in the service industry who are happy and enjoy there job.(it shows!)
