Couldn’t have been more pleased with the service! Took my MacBook in after a liquid spill that made the computer completely unresponsive. I had little hope, but after days of cleaning and testing it, Family Computers had it running smoothly again for under $200, which was a bargain given all the liquid damage involved. I was kept updated by text throughout, and all the details of the repairs were clearly explained.

Had issues with Microsoft Outlook. He reinstalled the program, did not resolve my issues. Charge $120. Reinstalling, does require hands on 1.5 hours of his service time. My follow up questions stating the problem still remains met with unsatisfactory reply. Would strongly suggest using another service provider.

i went there to get my motherboard replaced he did a great job. it’s been a year since he installed it and everything works fine. he was very nice and i compared him to other businesses and his prices were the lowest that i could find!
