Wow, wow, wow. I don’t know where to start. My son damaged his Nitendo switch and I was recommended to go to advance cellular for repair. Staff goes above and beyond. They communicate each step of the way (yes, they even explain everything for us non techie people) great service, great staff and a great asset to have in town. Would for sure go back and highly recommend to anyone needing repair or assistance.
Very frustrating, had a phone for a couple years until screen cracked and got it replaced here, two days later display stopped working and couldn’t tap the screen. Guy made me buy another one and installed it…two days later display just blacked out and phone was unusable. Decided not to go back and just get a new phone to avoid the hassle. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone
