Customer service was very rude to my girlfriend and I during our visit to this location. The staff were yelling at us to put away our bags instead of simply telling us in a reasonable manner. There was also a lack of assistance regarding our purchase — a set of desktop speakers, especially with the cashier noting during checkout that our selected product can be difficult to differentiate from others of its type. That cashier also offered no bag upon completing the sale, we luckily had enough room for the box to carry it home. We will not be shopping at this location in the immediate future due to an uncomfortable shopping experience, rude staff, and a lack of assistance.

Was buying some hardware, had some software compatibility and best way to get it to function the way I wanted. Sales staff was unsure, but instead of giving me the wrong answer directed me to the tech desk.
Kyle The service technician Clearly knew his stuff and was able to provide me with the answers I needed with only a couple minutes and even gave me the bit of time to write down what he was saying to make sure I fully understood.

They helped me with my first full PC build in 20 years. Helped me pick components. Gave assembly advice. Helped me troubleshoot. And I’ve had numerous good experiences beyond that.
