All my Alexa’s , nest cameras and devices weren’t connecting properly and everything was lagging. Called tech aide as I used them for computer services . They sent me Chris. The guy was phenomenal. Very easy and felt very comfortable having him in my home with my four kids under 7 who showed up early and he was un-fazed by the chaos that pursued. They also provided a warranty for everything they fixed for me . Which, I thought was gonna be well over 3 hours did not take nearly as long. I was very happy to have an option better than ” geek squad”.

I called them and explained over the phone my issue with my laptop needing a battery. I gave Derek my model number and he looked up the battery part I needed, he then ordered it and called me when it arrived. It arrived the same week, brought it to Tech Aid gave it to Derek and it was fixed and updated the same day. What I like most about Tech Aid was that I didn’t have to leave my laptop for up to 2 weeks like other competitors were wanting, as I myself and I’m sure others can’t be without our work laptops for such a period of time.

I spoke with Derek today and he was extremely helpful with an issue I had created when deleting some old programs. He was able to walk me through the process to restore the lost information by resetting the computer back to an earlier time frame.
I highly recommend the service, as he was kind enough to be patient with my questions and resolved the issue over the phone. He didn’t charge me for his time. How great is that in today’s service world. Someone who was willing to help for no compensation, when I offered to pay for his services.
