Today, you resolved an issue I was having with with my car fob battery. I really appreciated it as I was almost late for my Doctors appointment.

I was really flustered especially after the first person I asked for help told me that he could not help me. When I asked the first person if he could please give me a tool to help me open my car fob, he told me that the store didn’t have any tools. I looked at him in disbelief and said I was really surprised that a big store like Best Buy did not have a single tool. Obviously he couldn’t be bothered with me. Wish I got his name.

However, Angelo saved the day and I could see how useful and helpful he was with the other associates while we were resolving my issue. He is a real gem who is totally customer focused!

The other guy has no customer service skills which is especially surprising as he told me he is in sales. Guess he doesn’t sell much

Extremely disappointed with this location. Was going to buy a new sound bar here and had check the website for pricing. The sound bar clearly listed the price. Once talking to Andy he said no, in his system the price was much higher once you click into the specific product rather than just the list. As you would imagine, Andy chose not to honour the lower price which was again clearly listed. If Best Buy wants to have certain prices for their pride at that’s fine, but don’t publish certain prices on a website only to come to the store and have them change the price in front of you. Again, no attempt from Andy to make things right. Just “Nope, that price is wrong” even though I’m staring at it with my own two eyes. Do better. At least try to make things right. But nope, not today people. The customer and apparently their own website are wrong.

Matthew from Geek Squad was helpful, patient, thorough and attentive. He took notes of what my needs were and did everything possible to meet them. He researched further into my requests and shared those results with me.

He also made great suggestions on other needs I didn’t even think of through questions and suggestions. He did this in a great way that wasn’t pushy, offsetting, uncomfortable or frustrating. He simply asked and moved on – made the experience less stressful in these ways and more.

He also took his time on checkout. Matthew helped me purchase online and suggested other locations for pre-purchase and then pickup which worked out great.

He kindly got me a cart too. I will definitely return. Excellent service! Top notch, I hope everyone working here is as great as Matthew!!!
