My wife was suddenly faced with a ‘laptop emergency’ a couple of days back. Unfortunately, our regular go-to laptop repair business had their hands full, and the prospects of them being able to do something didn’t look very bright. So, we did the next most logical thing. We looked up “Computer repair near me” — and the name that popped up as the closest to us was “PC Innovations”.

That’s how we met Harvey, the owner of the business. Besides being knowledgeable, he was cordial, easy-going and very up-front. One other thing that enhanced our overall experience was the fact that, while the work was in progress, Harvey was not only reachable, he also kept reaching out to us to keep us on the same page. Very importantly, he explained difficult scenarios to us laypeople, in easy terms. At the end of the day, the laptop issue was resolved to our total satisfaction.

Harvey Hope of PC Innovation Computer Services did a great job for me. I got hacked and then scammed by the hackers and both my desk top computer and phone were involved. Harvey rooted out all the programs the hackers left behind so they could get back in and take control of my computer and did a thorough check of my system. He knew I would have to reset my phone (sigh! so much lost) so he provided me a printout of my contact list so I could rebuild it as well as screen shots of the hackers’ texts to be given to the police. He also sent these to me in e-mail (very thorough). Harvey was professional as well as friendly and easy to deal with. And the price was more than reasonable. I’d recommend him any time.

PC Innovation has been providing me with all my computer maintenance and upgrades since 2008. He set me up with a backup system right away to make sure I never lost my information. When I contact Harvey with any computer or software issue, he always responds within minutes and starts as soon as possible to trouble shoot the problem (which is right away unless he is not at his computer to log in). He is quick to address the issue and even handles communications with Microsoft if needed to save me the trouble. I will continue with PC Innovation Computer Services until he retires. I highly recommend this company!!
