Parents got a phone and a plan recently. At end said they didn’t have phone and would need to order in. Parents went back to get phone they told them it was not in. Parents insisted they check and they found it. Gave them phone and sent them on their way saying they legally can’t touch the phone which is brand new in the box to put sim in. They charged $45 activation fee and they were refusing to install sim for my parents because there was a walk in customer they wanted to get another sale since my parents had already done their sale. They made my elderly parents wait 1 hour so they can get new sale 1st that came in after them before they finally helped them with sim card. They even said to take it to another shop in town and they will install it. Really wish I was there during this interaction. Slimy sales people. Peyush you need to learn customer service and not try to take advantage of elderly. Hope your boss sees this review.

**UPDATE (Jan/22): Once again The Mobile Shop exhibited wonderful service, knowledge and professionalism. Walked out with a new Samsung Flip 4, 30 more gigs of data which increased my bill by a mere $20 which will decrease once I pay off my ‘Tab’.

THES PHONES ARE NO GOOD IN THE PLACE . I GOT A PIXEL IN THIS SHOP AND AFTER A MONTH I FOUND OUT THE SPEAKER IN NOT WOKING CAUSE I NEVER USED IT ON SPEAKER AND I TOOK IT BACK TO THEM AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL GOOGLE AND I DID AND IT’S THE SAME RUN AROUND SO IF ANYONE WANT A REJECTION PHONE FROM MANIFACTURING COMPANY STEP INSIDE. I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS PHONE FOR 2 YEARS AND EACH CALL I GOT NO ONE HEARING ME HOW RAW IS THIS DEAL.
