Had some water get through cracks on my iPhone X so I lost my screen. Ordered a replacement which was done in real fast time. A month and a half later screen goes dark. Brought it back and quick (3 days) fix. Under guarantee, now screen protector is broken( 2 places) and has black spots everywhere.

After having spoken with someone in the direction of SOS Phone, I am now satisfied with the explanation. It is simply the screen protector that was hazy. They offered to replace it for free. My screen is back to its original quality which is great!

Spent $200 to get my screen fixed… They provided me with a defective screen and refused to replace it. Thanks SOS Phone I should have just bought a new phone then instead of waisting my time asking you to look at it. Had to get a new phone
