Excellent service.very pleasant and helpful which is nice since good customer service seems rare these days. Definitely recommend them. I went to the jump store on 15th in Prince Albert. The girl there was very helpful answered all my questions and suggested I order online to get the activation fee free and told me to call or come in if I had any other questions. The gentleman who confirmed my online order was equally as pleasant and helpful.
I got a new phone upgrade today, and the process was handled efficiently and professionally. My rep was incredibly helpful and friendly. She made sure my plan was appropriate for my usage, and saved me money! Clearly, the employees worked overtime to ensure that my phone was available, and it was personally delivered to me the same day.
Eric B. was super helpful and made the process smooth and easy. I upgraded my iPhone with him and was able to do it all through text so I didn’t have to take too much time out of my day to complete the transaction. Highly recommend!!
