Brought my son’s iPad in for a battery replacement/screen protector and they told me the charging port was loose and offered to fix it. I’m from 2 hours out of town so I had to leave it for a week before I could get back to it. I was told everything was fixed and ready to go, and I can come pick it up. I got it home and the charging port is now completely broken. When I called in, I was told it was checked before I picked it up, which was CLEARLY not true as I was the one to plug it in and it does not charge and makes an electric buzzing sound now. So I am stuck with another 4 hour round trip, and the 300$ they refuse to refund any of the 300$ it cost me to “fix”. Garbage customer service.

*Update* after another 4 hour round trip, the iPad is fixed/functional. I was given a 62$ refund, which doesn’t even cover fuel, let alone my time, but ultimately it’s better than nothing. The owner was accommodating regarding having the iPad fixed, but did not meet my expectations for a refund of the charge port repair price.

*Another* update as the iPad stopped charging within less than 24 hours again. So the owner so graciously offered to replace the motherboard in it.

*Another update* after the motherboard was replaced….it has now been in their possession and promised to be fixed 5 F*&king times, it is still not fixed. The original issue (charging port) seems to be ok, but now it doesn’t connect to the internet and gives an error about cannot verify server identity, and it displays the date to be Jan 10, with a random time.

I got another call from the owner, he gave me a quick fix and it seems to be working now. Fingers crossed that it continues.

Overall, my son’s iPad was gone for over a month and a half, it was several trips for me and I’m not overly happy with the experience. 3 stars is generous considering the hassle and expense.

I have mixed reviews about this location.
I took my phone for a new battery and earpiece. I left the phone with them for the repair and when I returned at the specified time a technician come to me with the phone still apart and showed me that the screen was damaged in the process of taking the earpiece off. They told me they would replace the screen for their cost price of the screen which was $80. I pushed back that I shouldn’t have to pay for it as the screen wasn’t broken when I left it with them. They agreed to fix it for free, but maintained that it was not the technicians fault and that “it happens, just bad luck. Sometimes it shorts out when removing the speaker” I didn’t bother arguing at the time, but the technician shouldn’t have had the screen connected to power when taking the speaker off. Anyways, instead of changing the screen with another genuine Apple screen they used an aftermarket knockoff, so I now have a message indicating that constantly. On top of this my proximity sensor is not working properly after the earpiece was replaced. Just overall disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Took my phone in on Saturday telling the technician I was leaving town for work Sunday . He assured me my phone would be fixed by the next day and that he would call or text me to give updates on how long and how much it would cost. No calls or texts so I went to the store myself to see if my phone e was read, after calling and leaving messages and emailing the store . No response. When I get to the store another tech was working and had no idea about the phone I was asking about. After about 30 mind he finally got hold of the other tech and told me it would be about week until my phone was fixed saying he told me that the day I brought it in, straight out lying as that was not what he told me. After telling him I needed the phone as I was leaving for work he assured me that he would personally deliver it to my hotel room and not charge me for any work done to it. Well, I’ve left town for work, no phone was delivered, and no t xts, calls, email or updates of any kind. THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME . Do not give these guys your service.
