I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with this store in Regina, finding it to be the least reliable. I bought a projector and a screen, promptly paid for them, but upon receiving the items after a week, I discovered the screen was flawed, affecting the projected image. Despite sharing images of the issue, the store claimed they needed to consult the manufacturer (Cirrus Screens), prolonging the process. Every time I followed up, I encountered new staff unaware of the problem, promising callbacks that never materialized. Frustrated, I returned the screen but wasn’t refunded because they claimed a replacement had been ordered. However, it’s been over two more weeks since the return, and there’s been no communication or sign of the new item. Each time I call, I’m assured a callback within 30 minutes, yet no one follows through. It’s been a series of unfulfilled promises and no resolution. No refund, no exchange, no response, while fully paid.

Excellent customer service! Was attended to immediately and did not have to look around for help. They gave exceptional service and all the information was answered on the TV we purchased and were properly informed before purchasing. The delivery and installation was seamlessly and done by Jay who went over and beyond his call of duty. I also had a radar detector installed in my car and was done extremely well and had a few glitches with the radar detector and the manager and staff helped me out with this and Mike reinstalled it and was excellent This company is great and I would not hesitate to go back to the Victoria Ave., East location.

Needed help with a large purchase and was limited on time but had no real knowledge on the items I needed to purchase. Visited Best Buy and no one there was willing to help me. Called Visions from that store, Donovan answered the phone and helped me with each question. Said if I visited store, he’d hold my hand. Between Donovan and Jordan, I was able to purchase the items I needed at a wonderful price and trusting their experience I feel so relieved to go into the weekend with one less thing on my to do list. Everyone greeted me with a smile and stopped to see if I needed help. Local store feel in a big chain. One million thanks!
