I dealt with them for company purchases of computers and monitors.

The first purchase was for 3 computers and 3 monitors. Even though they had an ad on Facebook Marketplace, when I went to buy/order the computers he (I will withhold the name, but he’s the owner) quoted me a higher price than that on FB Marketplace. I told him it’s not the price advertised and he said it’s not their ad. I showed him it was his, and he said “Oh, OK”. Then, when speaking about specs, he once again tried to short-change me by telling me the computer only comes with 4GB (while the ad said 8GB). I once again had to show him the ad for him to say “Oh, OK. We’ll do it”.

At pick up, he made sure to tell me that there are no more for that price!!

After picking up the computers and making it to the office, I discovered that 2 of the 3 computers only had 4GB of RAM. After calling and texting him with screenshots, he asked me to bring back the 2 computers for them to add the missing RAM.

Upon arrival back to the office with the computers, as taking the one of the computer out of the car, I discovered that one of the USB connectors was loose and coming out of its socket. I once again contacted him and he requested I bring back the computer. Upon pick-up several days later (the motherboard needed replacement and he couldn’t get that model easily), he requested from his tech to verify the whole thing with me not to have anymore issues with me (but the way it was said, I felt unwelcome…or at fault).

Out of the 3 monitors, it seems that 1 may be so-so, but I didn’t bother to go back for it.

Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I bought another monitor a week ago (which is working good so far) and inquired about purchasing 4 more computers. He quoted me prices for 2 different models; 1 of which was a great deal. I confirmed the order by phone and when I went to pick them up, he tried charging me 55% more (!!!). When he saw I was surprised and I told him the price that he had quoted me, he got upset telling me that the price was for an older model (which we had never discussed), that it was below his cost and that he cannot sell it to me to lose money.

I reminded him of my first experience and told him that the principle of changing prices when clients come in is not right. To make a long story short, even though I told him that I understood his point about losing money and pointed out that it was also unfair to make clients come in and change prices on them, he got upset, tried to ridicule me, said to take it at the price but to never come back. I told him to forget about it, that the last purchase was my last one and began walking away. He came back ridiculing me asking me if I want to take it at half the price that he initially quoted me. I left and will never set foot back in that place.

My first experience was clearly not a mistake. DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL and IMPOLITE!!

BUYER BEWARE AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVED WHAT YOU WERE SOLD!

We recently purchased an HP laptop from the owner, Massoud, and just a few days later, the trackpad stopped responding. We returned to the store asking for a repair or replacement (well within the 3-month warranty he supplied us with at the time of purchase) and was faced with a raging, violent, screaming and threatening Massoud. He started screaming at us for no reason, as we were polite and simply wanted a resolution to the defective laptop he had just sold us. We’ve bought a few computers from him over the years, but this man is now clearly unhinged, unstable and shouldn’t be dealing with the public. We will never return and are quite disturbed by this incident.

After this incident, we took our business to Encan Depot across the street and received excellent service. They sold us a great laptop at an even better price than Info-Quebec. I would highly recommend you visit them instead of this dishonest, shameful business.

Rude owner. I am knowledgable about computers but pretended to know little. The price on the phone (15$/stick) for ram changed to (30$/stick) because he assumed I was a younger guy and a “gamer” that I would pay that anyways even with 0 mention of gaming at all. Who builds a gaming PC in 2024 with DDR3 Ram. Everything in the shop was overpriced. Went down the street to Etek and the price was lower for better equipment! In Canada, we don’t raise the price for white people. Keep that dirty trick in persia so I can remind myself to never go there.
