J’ai recu un super service de la part de Pierre-Olivier, qui a su regler des problemes sur mon compte occasionnees par les erreurs d’une autre succursale. Tout ca dans une ambiance professionnelle mais plaisante. J’en suis ressortie bien contente que tout soit regler et je reviendrai assurement lorsque je changerai de telephone!
Nathan was awesome! He was very patient with the confusion that had taken place before we’d come into the store. He’s only been there a month and is running the store like a manager.
Worst customer service ever. Makes promises and does not follow up on them and blames the customer. Basically they lie to you.
