I had a great experience a PC-Teck. My request was a basic upgrade of some internals (ram and ssd) and the upgrades were completed within the day and with a very friendly service.

Prices are of course a little more than a Newegg order per say but the convenience of having access to a great variety locally and having trained professionals able to answer all your questions right then and there makes it definitely worth it. Beyond of course helping out a local small business (which I strongly believe in).

All in all you should have a pleasant, helpful and friendly experience 🙂

This place is good if you want to ask questions and all. But you can find all the stuff that sale there in amazon for so much less but some someone that’s not good online order people it’s perfect. And the only down side of them.its when it comes to make the receipt and payment it takes for ever that’s so bad. Like we wanna pay and leave so that’s the stuff but over all good and service good answer the questions.

Today, I called this store to check if they have a specific pc part. They told me they have it. So, I drove there from pretty far away just to find out that they don’t have the item I am looking for.

They told me that I can buy it from Amazon. Yes, I knew I can do it. But I needed that item today.

This store was only a waste of time and gas for me.
