I had an excellent experience here. Having been with Apple consistently since 2014 with many trips to the Apple Store been then and now, I’d have to say that my experience here was better than most of my experiences at the Apple Store in the USA.

I unfortunately dropped my phone in Switzerland, I needed my back glass replaced. I made a next day appointment for the only time shot available. The staff at the Apple Store were very kind and empathetic to my needs. They were also willing and ready to speak English which was very helpful.

The part wasn’t in stock, they ordered it and called me 2 days later to come in without an appointment to have it fixed and it was ready just 2 hours (or a little less) later.

I have AppleCare plus so everything was 100% free because the difference in currency doesn’t allow for an Apple Store abroad to charge a fee. This has always been the case since my first visit to an Apple Store in 2018 where I needed my entire device replaced.

Overall excellent work and excellent service, I recommend. I was surprised to find an Apple store in such a small French city.

Nice store but the staff are terrible, service was all over the place. We got different information about Apple products from different sales people. I had an inadequately trained salesperson named “Guillaume” Charged me twice incorrectly and refunded me for a large transaction which cost me over $100 USD in foreign exchange fees and card transactions. He also failed to complete the paperwork correctly for International Tax Refund. Price is no different to anywhere else, so I would highly recommend buying from a reseller with better reviews and service.

A service worse than anything you could possibly imagine. A store stuffed with staff, yet no one bothers to say hello, no one reacts to your greeting either, absolute ignorance. We spent 30 minutes here, trying to alert someone (anyone) and had no attention whatsoever. Staff just talk to each other and merrily spend time with Apple vision. Avoid this place at all costs!
