Terrible service.
In October 22 I visited the shop to get a temporary 4G WiFi hub. I returned it after ten days, where I was told that the contract was cancelled, and that I would not be charged. Since that time I have been charged 54 and 35 Euros in October and November, and today I have been charged 149 Euros. I have tried phoning the shop but they just say that the contract is cancelled and that there is nothing they can do! I cannot contact SFR agents as I have discovered that they have been sending all mail to the WRONG email address for me! Without a working email and password you get NOWHERE on their website! They took my details, not me. When I am next in the Beziers area I will go to the shop and refuse to leave until someone actually sorts out this mess. Absolutely useless.

Box 4G louee via ce magasin, OK, mais…
Quand je n’ai plus eu besoin de la Box, je l’ai renvoyee, preuves de reception a l’appui, et depuis avril 2024, SFR m’a preleve 149,00 EUR pour “non-renvoi de la Box…”, qu’ils vont soi-disant me rembourser… Ca traine depuis, et impossible d’obtenir une quelconque aide de la part des employes de cette boutique.
