I wanted to send my laptop in for analysis. Dell charged for this service which is outrageous in my opinion. They sent the box to the wrong address. After a month of me trying to fix the problem and never getting anyone that could help, I gave up and asked for a refund since the service was never provided. If Dell was s 1/2 way as diligent at providing customer service as they are about coming after the money that I don’t owe them then I would consider buying Dell in the future. Since this is not the case then I won’t. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
Every time I called I was bounced around or just booted off altogether. I never reached a real person. Now I’m getting bills for no reason.
Please stop harassing me and work on fixing your company.

I wanted to order a new computer, multiple monitors, and accessories to replace Dell equipment I had purchased for my business in 2016 in the UK. Despite multiple phone calls and requests for quotes and assistance through Dell’s website contact form, no one responded.
When I contacted Dell UK they said they couldn’t do anything as they have no contact with the French division.
A shame that the feckless French culture has permeated a multi-national company.
My money went to Corsair, ViewSonic, Logitech, and Jabra in the end.
Won’t touch Dell products again.

I bought a Dell G3 3579 and the hardware design was so poorly conceived and overpacked that it encountered tons of problem, overheating being the most common, and they have the worst support ever for non-professional (worst means “nothing” as they never contacted me back for those Linux drivers I needed to recover). I picture them as the opposite of Amazon in terms of customer solutionning and pleasing.
