Hubert Wu (Manager) was asked to swap original usable parts into new pc. when service was complete, he stated original motherboard was “fried” and unusable. So he swapped for a lesser quality motherboard (unknown at the time) and charged for it as well. computer was used for close to a year until I noticed it was a different motherboard when I decided to upgrade to a Bluetooth headset. building the original computer I knew there was a Bluetooth chip integrated into original motherboard. when confronted I asked if I could receive original motherboard or motherboard of equal value in exchange for a parts computer (containing a equal quality motherboard to one charged for) and or the motherboard he supplied, he said, “the original motherboard would not fit with current computer” which doesn’t match original story of it being “fried” and also mentioned it being close to a year so original parts are long gone. Hubert Wu was not interested in any conversation regarding past services done with myself, and could only supply a Bluetooth integrated motherboard after a $60.00 “diagnostic” fee was paid plus any extra services the “diagnostic” would reveal not to mention the price of a new motherboard. when called to discuss horrible service received, Hubert used unprofessional language and could only tell us how bad our attitude is after being scammed and at a loss of computer components. with this being said shop here at your own risk multiple reviews include info similar to what is provided in this review.

Had a terrible experience when I got my 2011 MacBook Pro “repaired”.

First the good, the employee I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The owner did stay late to work on my laptop the night before a holiday which was much appreciated.

This however was overshadowed by the weeks I waited with no communication from the shop. No updates, nothing. It was almost 2 months before I heard a word back from them after dropping my computer off. Then things got worse, when I finally did hear from them I had to wait another month before they could fix it. After waiting almost 3.5 months I finally was told I could pick it up. Everything ran smoothly at the shop but as soon as I brought it home the laptop wouldn’t hold a charge and would freeze after startup. Called the owner and told him the issue. Took it back in, waited another two weeks.

Then I was given the option to get a refurbished MacBook from them at a discounted price. The specs weren’t even close to my laptop so I said no. Was starting to get frustrated and suspicious about the owner.

End result, the owner did a couple tweaks and got it so the laptop could some what perform. Total cost was $600 and my laptop runs for 10 minutes before slowing down to the point of not functioning or freezes altogether.

Waste of time, money and energy. Hope the young guy working there finds a better place to work cause the owner seems like he has bad business practices and gives off a untrustworthy vibe.

The worst customer service!!! The owner of the store yelled at me when I was trying to get more information on what was wrong with my pc. He also would tell me false information by tell me I had a virus or system malfunction. Then I went to my nephew witch is really good with computer taking a computer science course and he told me the only thing wrong with my computer after he gave me true diagnosis was the drivers were out of date and the system could also use a Ssd added to the board. He was trying to charge me 280$ and a diagnostic fee just for a simple driver update and he also said I would lose all my data if I didn’t give him another 100$ on top what a rip off scam artist it’s crazy to believe that he spot make business off rolling off the older generation extremely sad and disgusting!
