J’ai fais tombe ma tour d’ordinateur. Je ne sais pas pour les reparations de telephone. Mais j’ai emmene ma tour chez eux, ils ont mis 2 jours a me dire que c’etait 99% sure que l’alimentation etait casse. J’ai achete une alimentation, j’ai ramene ma tour, au bout de deux jours rien n’avait ete fait pour la reparation. J’ai ete chez un particulier, qui m’a explique que la carte mere etait morte et qu’apres avoir teste mon alimentation soit disante “casse”, elle marchait tres bien apres test. Je recommande a toute personne ayant l’idee d’aller chez eux de faire demi tour et s’adresser a des personnes serieuses.

I wasn’t sure where to try and fix my iPad and apple quoted pretty much the same price as a new one.. I took it to univers tek and within 2 hours it was working again! And for a fraction of the price Apple said it would cost.
And not only that, the service was excellent and very friendly and helpful.
