Customer Service is STELLER! From the time I walked in, I was impressed. Staff is friendly and so helpful. Knowledgeable and very patient. During my shopping experience I also had the privilege of watching a senior be helped by another saleperson who explained the woman’s bill and helped her understand how to set up her new device, transferring all her files from old to new.
I wasn’t just impressed by the service I got personally from not 1 but 3 sales people in total, but I really liked seeing how they treated customers that aren’t at all Tech Savy.
Good on all of you, Best Buy staff.
The selection in the store is impressive as well.
For those looming for suggestions on what to possibly buy as a mothets day gift, one sales person, Jarrett suggested the Aura. A wifi sharable photo frame.
On that note, I would like to send a shout out, to Jerrett for all his extra efforts in helping me during my new iPhone shopping experience.

I bought a inexpensive laptop – I was led to believe I would be receiving accidental warranty.. because I have a cat, it would be needed I thought. I went in with problems with the manufacturing, as well as accidental. (Less than two months of owning the laptop) They let me know when it was already sent out that accidental coverage is not added. They called to tell me they received it back in store and when I got home, I opened the laptop and the manufacturing still isn’t even fixed. It’s still having the same issues which cause the accident to happen in the first place. Not cool best buy to not fix the manufacture problem and the accidental coverage I thought I was receiving.
This store is gone down hill. It was my go to store for electronics but limited supply,support and a big change in store products. Everything is online without any opinion to have delivery to the store instead of home. Who wants there electronics delivered outside in the snow to be stolen. The warranty package is a joke Beware!
Did I mention no flyers what a disappointment and an insult.
