Signage lead me to believe that a piece of produce I was buying was sold by the piece and not by the kilo. When I arrived at the cashier and confusion ensued, she openly mocked and embarrassed me in from of several other customers to such a degree that I was shocked. I cannot understand this attitude towards people choosing to shop in your store, especially when there are plenty of other places nearby where I could easily spend my money instead. Prices here are fair but they do not make up for such rude staff, or lack of staff entirely which is just as often the case.

I tried to contact a Manager named Gilles Suzak, the woman at the reception gave me his name; he was so rude, didn’t listen to me for a second and hung up on me. He told me to send him an email but didn’t want to give it to me.
If you have a person in charge who is not available for his customers you do not know what customer service means.
I am really dissapointed in LECLERC for hiring such kind of people.

Huge market with a little bit of everything!
Good bakery, huge selection of wine and food.
The attendants are nice and helpful for those lacking in the French language.
