I had a large external hard drive that started to die on me and had over 10 years of pictures stored on there (I know, I know, horrible idea not having a back up plan).

Anyways, I brought my external drive to Robert and he checked it all over and was able to provide me with absolutely crucial information in order to save these files.

He wasn’t able to get onto the drive to save the files as the drive kept trying to crash his system, BUT, he gladly provided me with all the details on the issue and even went the extra mile to reach out to another company that handles these things when they are just about too far gone and help me get in touch with them from there so they had all the pertinent information to correct.

If it weren’t for Robert I most definitely would have lost over a decade of memories and I’m just so thankful for locating him!

I recently bought a ‘ancient’ iMac on Facebook marketplace as my very first computer for me and the kids at home. With so much excitement we got home and attempted to set it up…. Just to find out that it wasn’t working. The computer kept sending error codes and after HOURS of me struggling I finally gave up. After some googling I found ‘I know a guy IT’. He picked up the phone promptly, took time to hear out what the exact issues were and even though the computer is 17 years old he still felt inclined to help the best he could with the hopes of fixing it for us. When I dropped it off (a few hours after our phone call) he was just as friendly and kind in person as he was on the phone, if not more ! He managed to fix it to my great surprise and was able to do so FAST. He goes above and beyond for customers, and is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The computer works excellent now and i am so very thankful. I cannot recommend him enough!

I’ve have had multiple different devices fixed by Robert and all I can offer are absolutely glowing reviews. I one hundered percent recommend giving him a shout! Recently my son broke his phone and no one could figure out what happened. Robert figured it out quickly, fixed the device and had it ready for pickup the same day. On a different occasion I dropped off 3 xbox controllers to be fixed but it turned out only 2 were actually broken. He didn’t try to charge me for the remote with no issues and instead explained he found no isses and wouldn’t be charging me. He is an incredibly honest and upfront business man. Definitely a man with ingreity. He is quick to respond even outside business hours and is always incredibly helpful !
