Very polite and knowledgeable staff! My phone’s charging port and SIM card slot had stopped working, and every other repair store barely looked at my phone when they turned me away. This place was the only one that took me seriously and attempted to understand what was wrong with my phone. Luckily a repair wasn’t need but I feel like if it had, the team here would’ve handled it beautifully!
Fast repair and good service but after only a few weeks my phone screen is broken again despite having it fully replaced and paying for a screen protector. There are no cracks in the screen but the bottom of the screen is pixelated and just a few days after the repair my phone began to type things by itself/glitch, a problem which still persists.
I had a problem with my charging port. The guy at the shop spent 1 minute free of charge cleaning the port before testing and it worked perfect after this. Great service! I will be back with my next problem for sure.
