Went to this store to review my forfets and upon my arrival I was told that the account was under my wife’s name( which is accurate) and only her could manage the account. Being said that I look to my contract and I have realised that the contract was under her name but the signature was mine.(not sure if that is legal)… After confronting that situation with the Manager, more precisely my words: ” if the contract was under my wife’s name and she was not present at the time of the signature, and it was me who signed why couldnt I manage the contract?” His words: ” Without ID it is not possible to change anything!!!” When I told him that by the time of the signature in 2016 I did not show my wife’s ID and the commercial took my money anyway, his best words were: ” That is not my problem because 2016 was too long ago( already agressive and unpolite in many ways) !!!! So If I well understoud this is not the manager problem, who is then?! Is it not ORANGE the same company that I have made the contract with?? This Manager has no skills whatsoever to deal with guests!!! Agressive and unpolite! Is this How ORANGE handles their clients? I have a 60eur contract since 2016 and I just wanted to update the rates and continue working with them and at the end he even told me ” If you want you can cancel the contract!!! That, sir, I already knew, did not need your “expertise” for that information. Lousy service, rude, agressive and unpolite! Do not recommend at all! still waiting for an answer from ORANGE after complain directly with their guest relation by phone, to know if this a isolated case or if this is how the company handles their guests! Truly unacceptable!!!!

Went yesterday around 10am to pick up my box tv+Internet and I found them closed, with a small piece of paper on the glass, that says they are open from 13h till 19h till the 17th of August, instead of 10h-19h, I have no problem with that BUT : update your hours on google and inform the clueless Chronopost who keeps sending the wrong pick up hours please.

It’s the most disgusting experience I have ever had with a mobile store. Absolutely unprofessional, it was a feeling that I just bothered them in the middle of dinner. The only plus, one person spoke English
