I am absolutely appalled. I brought my laptop and iPad into this place to be fixed in the beginning NOVEMBER 2023 to be fixed. I paid almost a thousand dollars in advance in hopes they would make a quick fix so I can get back to my university studies. I am student and that was all my savings. I can’t afford a new laptop or iPad and this is essential for my studies and as caused me more grief than anything. We are now nearly JUNE 2024. I have sent multiple emails, called multiple times and been in multiple times and every time it seems like no work was done. I haven’t heard anything but “oh should be done this week” and I never hear from them again. I feel like I was robbed and taken advantage of. Getting my laptop/ipad basically stolen from me as substantially effected my schoolwork as I can’t properly research or write essays… since I paid in advance with all my savings, I have been unable to buy new technology as well as afford the cost of living. If I had known it was would take this long, I would have gone elsewhere. They clearly believe that I am low priority because I paid initially, and they can just procrastinate fixing my things and move onto the next person to scam.
There is no reason for any place to take this long, guaranteed if I take my business elsewhere they would have fixed it in a month THE LATEST!
After over 6 months of waiting and still NO ANSWER, my money being taken in advance and my studies have taken damage due to this.
Do not recommend this place ever. This is actually sickening. I feel like I should be entitled to a refund and my products being fixed due to lack of communication, being consistently lied to and taken advantage of, and waiting over 6 months. I have considered writing a review for a long time now but this has gotten beyond ridiculous and I refuse to be treated like a joke!! My iPad was the newest generation then and my laptop was newer as well, over half a year later and this products are now obsolete and I barely even got to use them…. I’m not the first review left about their procrastination and likely won’t be the last.
I’ll post an update on this review once I finally hear back from them and see if they are willing to make amends and actually finish the job they were hired to do over 6 months ago. I strongly believe their business is probably struggling if they feel they need to take advantage of people…

Aside from a friendly owner, this place has nothing going for it. Extremely high prices and slow, or in my case nonexistant work done to cell phones. I left there incredibly upset. I had left my cell phone overnight to recover picture files that had been accidentally deleted. They said it would take overnight. I went to go get it on my lunch break the next day and it hadn’t even been looked at yet. The employee did not seem to care that he had just lost his boss a good customer. I help run a small business and it was a huge sacrifice to leave my phone overnight in case of a work emergency. Not only did I waste fuel but, also precious work time waiting for this company to do absolutely nothing, even after agreeing to pay an outrageous price for such a small service. Will not be going back. Nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

I went to a computer store and asked for help with my charging port on my iPhone. My phone would not connect to earphones anymore. They told me I could get a new part and it would cost $x. Then I went to Cell ReStore and they just cleaned out my charging port, after which it worked perfectly fine. I wanted to pay, but they didn’t charge me anything. Sometime later I had the same problem, and they did it again for me, also no charge. I highly recommend this place from my experience here. The staff are very nice as well.
