I went for a cover for my phone, and the guy tried upselling a screen guard, I told that the fingerprint does not work with screen guard but he said that the one I used must not be fingerprint friendly one. Said that’s not the case, but he did not agree, so I agreed to the screen guard, it did not work properly, like 1 in 5 times I could unlock the screen with fingerprint. Please listen to your customers and don’t try selling things that don’t work.
Menver, an employee at the Steinbach location, shows excellent customer service and is very technical when it comes to phone service. He is very friendly and helpfu, not too mention he listens to your problems and has all the right answers. I’m so glad I have him saved as Telephone Guy . He is an asset to the company.
