I couldn’t have chosen a better place to get my computer repaired and optimized. I called Computer MD and told Jeff (owner and consultant) my concerns. He was able to give me advice over the phone and invited me to come in the store so he can look at my computer – to do an assessment free of charge. He also said he closes at 5pm but he can stay later if I wanted to accommodate my schedule if I was going to run late. Immediately, over a 5 minute phone call, I got an idea of what’s wrong with my computer, the possible repairs he needed to do, and was accommodated due to my busy schedule. I took my computer in to Jeff that evening and was amazed. Jeff had notes written down from our conversation earlier on. He even invited me to stay and watch while he diagnosed my computer and did an assessment. He did all of this free of charge. When I came to pick up my computer about a day later, he showed me everything he did and asked me to stay for as long as I wanted and use my computer just to make sure it was working the way I wanted it. He does not let you leave the store until you are satisfied with his service. He was a perfect gentleman and he gives you personalized service. He is honest – he does not sell you anything or tell you that you need to do anything with your computer that is not needed. He tries to save you money but also makes sure that your computer is up to speed. I would recommend Computer MD to anyone that needs help with their computer needs.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Jeff (Owner and Operator) of Computer MD for approximately 9 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Jeff is honest, kind, efficient, fast, service-oriented and authentic. He is thorough and actually shows his customers (me included) what he’s done, what his suggestions are and how to navigate new programs or systems. He has done many things complimentary…wow! Even now during Covid, Jeff offers free emails – he will likely find out what’s wrong or make a suggestion that may fix things for you – fast! Jeff is professional and a true gentleman. I previously had my computers serviced by someone who has now left the country. I had some issues with my laptop and went to see Jeff at Mystic Pointe Computer MD. He is extremely friendly and he repaired my laptop. I then returned with another device and we spent some time speaking and helped to navigate certain things, which no one ever took the time to do so before.
