Worst advice ever! I sent to repair my laptop and charger. I advised them to check if the problem with the charger was the power cord, and they said no. They sold me a charger which was not compatible with my laptop and I had to return it. I bought a 10EUR power cord somewhere else, my charger worked just fine. I saved 100EUR. And now I am sure that even my laptop could have been repaired for a lot less money.
The sales associate was very rude. He kept making insulting comments trying to pass them as jokes. Definitely felt like the quality of service shifted when he realize that I wasn’t gonna buy at higher that my set price. Really needed the item so I did make the purchase, but never going back there again.
When saving my acidentally drowned laptop, they took the time to explain everything to me both when I brought it there and picked it up (working!). I had to wait some time for it to be repaired, but they succeeded in doing so. Professional impression, friendly staff. Can only recommend it!
