I’m giving them more than 5 stars because I walked in with a complete random question regarding an old computer tower running windows 98 and asked if they had one or if they knew anyone that had one and I was told that they might have one kicking around in the back. Sure enough they did and they even cleaned it out and I was told that I could just have it as it was just sitting in the back and it’s old. Their customer service was beyond amazing and I really appreciate what they did for me. The guys there are beyond friendly and helpful!
Great Assistance! After a few frustrating hours of attempting to transfer photos from my LG phone to my iMac computer, I finally called MicroAge for help. I had downloaded drivers and ‘bridges’ – nothing worked. Carl from MicroAge instantly gave me the exact information I required and literally 5 minutes later my photos were transferred! Thank you for the wonderful service.
