The store were closing in around 20 mins. I saw other men were let in so I decided to go in and buy one thing I needed for my place. The guard just stopped me, asked what I was here for.
Told him that I just needed to get 1 thing, would be real quick. But he refused to let me in, kept telling me it would be closed soon, then let more men came in.
Tried to leave the store and got harassed by another customer when I was told to leave. The guard stood there and DO NOTHING. He in fact just laughed …
This is just not acceptable.
Very poor experience overall. Late to open in the morning, no one willing to help with customers enquiry, you just queue to speak to someone who doesn’t acknowledge you. When i asked someone who looks like a manager, he pawned me to his staff who doesn’t even make eye contact. Trying to buy a Fitbit Charge 3 which was ‘available’ in the store but when went to pick it up, no stock. Terrible customer experience. Not worth going.
Walked in at 9:55am, went straight to a technician ,Mr.Luke who received me with outstanding manner of expertise, all done quickly giving good advise on choice of electronic equipment.
Out by 9:10am satisfied with a more precise idea of what to buy in a couple of days from Darty. That was a great relief,having such a wide range of items to choose from. Yuppie!!
