As store was one of the greatest stories that I shopped in for a cell phone, I bought my last 4 or 5 cell phones, but my 4th phone I bought was not an English phone so I wasn’t able to register it and set it up to work the right way so I contacted them and they told me to bring it in and they would replace it with a new phone and that phone worked perfectly fine I’ve had it for the last past 4 years. And I’m thinking it’s about time for a new one, and you got one for my spouse. I will continue shopping there for the rest of my days.
Incredible customer service! Have gotten my past few phones from here and it was a great experience! Especially when switching to a completely different phone and being shown how everything works so I wasn’t confused. Better experience then I’ve had with most cellphone providers.
When I ran my cell phone over with my car…. I went in they set me up with a phone with my provider, no trouble at all. Great to work with flexible and fair. I recommended them to anyone who is having issues with their phone or needs a new one cheap and fast.
