I highly recommend this shop!!! While sitting on the beach, a rogue wave soaked our towels and bags and my wife’s phone got slightly wet. The next day the screen wouldn’t work and we had 2 weeks of photos that appeared to be lost. We went to Caroline and not only did she get the screen working but she determined the Facetime camera and ear speaker were damaged. Within a few hours, the phone was back and working perfectly. All that for only 160 EUR – she saved our vacation!
Service was awesome! My boyfriend dropped his phone and needed the LCD replaced. We took it to high tech concept – and Chris fixed it within 2 hours for a very good price (which was perfect as we were leaving the next morning). Chris was super helpful, he even recommended a good restaurant for lunch. Wouldn’t go anywhere else if we broke our phone again in Nice

They changed my iPhone screen in 30 min, the phone was also stuck in headphone mode which had happened before, they changed the jack without charge.
