Accueil catastrophique au magasin. J’ai explique le probleme tres clairement a la personne a l’accueil qui n’a rien retenu et a tente de l’allumer mon ordinateur meme si je lui avais prevenu que ca ne marchera pas et qu’il fallait inserer le disque dans un boitier SSD. Il a ete tres peu communicatif sans se donner la peine d’expliquer la moindre chose et il m’a dit qu’il fallait laisser l’ordinateur chez eux et qu’il ne pouvait pas faire ca devant moi. J’ai trouve ca etonnant car l’entreprise l’ordidocteur me les avait presente pour leur capacite a faire l’operation devant moi. Alors que j’essayais de comprendre la raison pour laquelle ils ne pouvaient pas faire l’operation devant moi, un autre monsieur super agressif avec un air moqueur et une voix trop forte a crie que car ca les stressait et qu’en 40 ans de metier il a rarement vu des gens comme moi qui souhaitent que l’operation soit fait devant leurs yeux. Il criait et il ne me laissait pas l’occasion de lui expliquer pourquoi exactement je ne souhaitais pas laisser l’ordinateur. Des personnes irrespectueuses, agressives et probablement incompetentes. Je ne travaillerai jamais avec des personnes qui manquent de respect a des clients sous l’excuse que ce sont des femmes. Quelle honte

Unfortunately terrible experience. I brought in my Lenovo laptop, which was broken on the hardware level (would not start up at all). They examined it in 2 days, and told me that it could not be repaired, suggesting that I buy an identical model from them instead, for 790 Euros, and pay additional 70 Euros for data transfer. I declined.
Then I took this same laptop to Bulgaria, and got it fully repaired for mere 40 euros. It works perfectly well now. Why did Microccase deem this clearly repairable laptop to be unrepairable? I don’t know. Best case, they are incompetent and hence lacked the skill to do so. Worst case, they are malicious, and intentionally tried to sell me a new laptop instead of repairing mine.

Bottom line: I advise that you stay away from this repair shop.

I took my laptop here because I spilled water on it and they were awesome. The sent me emails with the information, kept me updated all the time and the fix was super fast.
I think the price was fair.
