I had a 2018 HP Probook that needing updating. After careful analysis, Paul recommended several changes and updates, all of which were implemented. All of the discussions and follow-ups were professional and courteous. The work was done in the timeframe as discussed. Accurate and detailed paperwork followed. Paul delivered on all fronts. I can highly recommend XPC
Fantastic service, very fair pricing. My gaming rig’s motherboard burned out. John diagnosed it, ordered the replacement through their supplier, and put the rig back together (and even cleaned the case and improved my cable management!). It took a little longer than I’d hoped, but I can’t fault them for being busy.
