I’m not one to leave reviews, but I need to share my bad experience at Source in November 2023 when I traded in my old iPhone for a new one. The rep was unprofessional, promised things I didn’t get in my phone plan, and messed up my credit report and account information. She also put the wrong address on my account just to close the deal. I’m missing the two credits I was supposed to get on a monthly basis. They pushed me to Bell services instead of Rogers because she was not able to do something on my Roger’s account, and I ended up with a device and mobility I didn’t want. Every time I try to resolve the issues, I get passed between Bell and the store. I just want the credits I was promised. Every time I visit Source, I’m left without assistance because the staff weren’t the ones who initially helped me.
Poor services from Bell mobility and source’s staff. I need my credits and my account information fixed otherwise I’m happy to give up on my device and the Bell mobility services.
