Customer service and communication not as I expected. I don’t know why Apple store become like that.
Today I come to check my MacBook repair service but they I have to wait more than 2 hours. But I have no choice.
Same reason I have move to android from IPhone. Day by day some much expensive. Still I use MacBook but I don’t think I can not continue. I’m really worried and disappointed.

I used apple products since 2009. But I can’t maintain due to expensive products and services.

The Apple store in Rosny 2 was extremely helpful when my iPhone 13 Pro Max battery failed while I was working in the Paris area. They troubleshot it and found that the battery had swelled up and damaged the phone. There were helpful in securing a replacement iPhone as part of my Apple Care+, even though they did not have a replacement in stock, they called around and secured a phone for me at an Apple Store in central Paris. The service at both Apple Stores were great.

Worst Apple Store ! My father speaks French with an accent there is a French girl working there started laughing and showed some facial expressions when he spoke ! That’s so so irresponsible and I am not gonna say the other word , we talked to the manager he spoke with her , and another one helped us , I wanna say just because I am travelling that’s why I was obliged to buy a charger otherwise I would’ve go out directly ! Such a shame
