Edit for the manager response: to verify that indeed I was a client, please talk with your employee if he remembers a client with a Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra with a replacement for the glass of one of the cameras. Waited almost a week for the glass to arrive (been told 48 hours) . Called to come with my phone to replace the glass, left the phone with your employee and been told to return in 1 hour to pick it up. Returned after an hour to be told that he didn’t even start replacing … Waited another 30 min to start. After replacement I noticed on the interior of the glass that was replaced that there are fingerprint marks…the guy replaced the glass one more time leaving this time pieces of the old glass inside the camera… Replaced the third time the glass (winner this time) … Time lost for that… 2 hours 30 minutes. Speak with your employee and he will remember
