These guys are really good, I was in the market for a bit of a niche phone that was not super easy to find they found me the phone I wanted at the price that was the best I could find and did not try to push products I did not want. The thing that really impressed me was that they had a phone that I wanted to buy but they refused to sell it to me as their tech discovered it was not up to par. This phone looked perfect and I would have bought it on sight but the tech who certifies every phone discovered a not obvious problem that could have caused potential issues in the future. They ended up finding another slightly cheaper in price phone that was at their Surrey location so I know that these guys are HONEST. Their manager replied to all of my emails within 30 minutes of me sending them. I found everybody I dealt with at both locations to be friendly and knowledgeable. These guys will definitely be getting my return business. If you’re in the market for a used phone with a 1year warranty that has been expertly refurbished these are your guys.

I thought my phone was bricked when I saw the blue screen of death pop up on my screen and my phone completely shut off. The guy diagnosed the issue as a cable port issue, and it was possible the phone just is very low battery. Although I was very skeptical, he insisted this needs to be fixed before we could look into other issues if there are any. I went with his recommendation.

An hour later, he calls to tell me it’s totally fine and charging. I go back, and sure enough, no issues! Hopefully, it continues to work, and I don’t see that blue screen again!!!

Unbelievably shoddy work. Less than three days after the repair was done, these guys’ glass only screen replacement led to a green line on the screen that won’t go away.

I’ve never had a screen problem even though the glass has been cracked for a while. I have not taken it anywhere outside my cushioned bag, as it is an old backup phone.

While you guys are doing a glass screen replacement, you mess up my screen for the first time. Looking back on other reviews it seems like this has happened a number of times before — I should have heard the warnings.
