The computer SSD decided to stop working, gave the PC to this shop, I wanted my files saved but I did not specify where too or how, they decided to renew my SSD without asking me before, this is not very customer friendly.
When I saw the receipt there was no list of what parts cost, they just specified the total with 01 SSD and 01 load win 10 ect ect, when I asked about this I was told it is cheaper to list the basic than to list all that was purchased (this means to write more on the receipt he would charge more)
I originally had win 10 64 Pro and the version I now have is win 10 64 home and I supplied the disk for them to load win10 64 Pro but they decided it is easier (for them) to load something else.
Please note the customers requirements.
I found a cable disconnected from the interior of the PC, I guess they didn`t know what it was for so they unplugged it but failed to tell me or ask me about it.
The price I guess is fair considering.
In my opinion the owner should consider asking the customer before replacing parts.

Ce jour refus de remise de factures pourtant valant contrat apres l’achat de deux ordinateurs, plusieurs mois apres. Toujours un pretexte pour ne pas me fournir la cle du systeme d’exploitation (tiens donc). Particulierement hargneux, ne m’en laissant pas placer une, argue un invisible client avec lequel il est occupe (!), proferant une insulte a ma sortie en sus d’allegations ecrites indiquant mensongerement que j’ai tente “de partir avec la porte”. Qui s’ouvre a l’interieur… Tjrs aussi en attente d’un courrier devant m’etre adresse de sa part, une mise en demeure ou un truc comme ca. Au vu de mes elements, ce brave monsieur a finalement adresse fissa fissa les factures au conciliateur, premiere etape legale et obligatoire avant passage au cran superieur. Par ailleurs, sa comptabilite a interet a etre bien tenue. Je dis ca, je dis rien. J’oubliais: une touche essentielle defectueuse, remplace sans me prevenir le clavier… avec une touche manquante. J’aurais mieux fait d’aller chez Ahmed en face de la bibliotheque. Trop tard
A eviter absolument ! Suite a un disque dur endommage, ce monsieur n a aucune ment pris en compte mes demandes. Il n est pas a l ecoute du client. Je suis malvoyante. Ce monsieur n a pas voulu se deplacer malgre de nombreux appels suite a des difficultes d adaptation sur l utilisation du nouveau logiciel. Seule solution proposee des cours a 50 euros de l heure. Le seul contact au bout de 3 mois de ce monsieur agressif a donne lieu a des injures et des menaces de sa part. Mon probleme n a pas ete resolu. Les donnees transferees n ont pas ete adaptees a ce nouveau logiciel. Je reste avec un ordinateur qui est difficilement exploitable. Je rejoins la liste des avis negatifs deja publies !!!
