I recently had the screen replaced for my phone. I was initially informed that I’d get the original screen for the replacement. Once the job was done i realized it wasn’t the original ones. I called the store person and asked him to have the original screen replaced as the screen they got was a fake ones.
They told me it was miscommunication from their side and said they should have provided complete details before quoting for the price. But now they wont give me oroginal screen instead asked for more money to get original screen.
Disappointing with their service. They even didnt install the sound piece when replacing the parts. As i had sound issues. Their team is completely unprofessional, newbies and the manager doesnt even know his own store.
The way they spoke to me was rude!! Now they are saying if they need to fix the issue, i need to return their screen and they would not be giving complete refund.
I’ve taken this issue legally but I’d recommend univercell to audit this store at vaughan mills.
Totally unprofessional!! They told me it would take 1.5 hrs but then they ended up taking 3.5 hrs. The screen they installed doesnt even work properly in a week. Waste of money waste of time and resources.
