I decided to get my new screen delivered to this LDLC store. When I arrived to pick it up, the guy told me “you cannot return it here as you bought it on the website”. He didn’t really explain or anything and wasn’t welcoming either. Just avoid this specific LDLC shop
One of the worse welcoming I had In a shop. Very little choice. Avoid if you can. They only have LDLC name. But they’re not really linked with the real LDLC. I won’t go back there for any reason.
Amazing customer service, very helpful and you can see they have passion for what they do. Thanks guys
