Hi, i accidentally dropped my iPhone 13 Pro Max in a hot tub for a split second, but then hours later the screen became all green and I couldn’t see anything, rendering it useless. I went to another iPhone repair shop first before this one- they were rude & wouldn’t touch it, saying water damage is irreparable and then right away tried to sell me an old expensive used iPhone instead! So it was 15 min before the mall closed when I walked into Future Tech. Two guys kindly listened, knew immediately what to do (based on other customers), and said while they cannot guarantee anything — they think they could fix it. The price was reasonable given the complexity of this phone, and they seemed to really know their stuff. I said ok, and they operated on my phone, not only replacing the screen, but also vacuuming out water that was still there in random places, plus fixed my camera before it could go bad. My son at another shop had to wait a couple days to get his phone back — these guys fixed mine in 20 min, even staying late with slightly past mall closing time – unheard of! 27 hours later my phone is working great like new. Since my job involves keeping oracle financial systems running, it was imperative to get this phone fixed ASAP, these guys were a Godsend. Had gone to Bell also — they wanted me trade my phone in early and pay hundreds of dollars in penalties. These guys even let me watch them operate, then showed me how high quality the components were inside – so I may even just keep this phone for a very long time, not trade it in at all, saving more money and recouping my repair costs. They also gave me a receipt I can try to submit to my credit card for accident damage repair, and then today promptly answered some follow up questions. I will be going to them for any future repairs or phone accessories. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, they set me up with a new (inexpensive) phone and transfered the data, I had a slight problem (me not knowing how to use the new phone), went back in and they helped me out in a few minutes. Very pleasant experience dealing with the shop, will definetely go here for my phone needs in the future.

they were very respectful and helpful. replaced my girlfriends screen with no problem at all even after the phone was rejected by another repair company! they even made sure the phone had all the screws it needed that the other place left out of the phone. they were excellent and i really appreciate them!
