Very poorly run. Dropped it off on a Friday evening and told them what was wrong and what I wanted done and was told I’d get a call that following Tuesday. After I did not receive a call by Wednesday afternoon I called them. The older guy then had to be reminded about my computer, he didn’t even know what I wanted done so he obviously hadn’t started it and I wonder how long my laptop would have sat there if I hadn’t called. He told me it would be done later that day so I told them I’d be by at the end of the day to pick it up. I get there 15 mins before close and the door is locked and chained even tho I told him I was gunna be there at that time. I come in the next day and the same guy who cut work early also didn’t leave access to the laptops in the morning. I needed my laptop for work and asked if the guy could come early to unlock it but he wouldn’t so I had to come back again. I never leave reviews good or bad but this guy was a real piece of work. Clearly didn’t need my business.

My experience with the people at TechPro was amazing! I had a screen replacement for my macbook air, and got quoted for a used screen and i was happy to get that, but when i picked up my fixed computer the guy said he found an even better screen to replace mine with and used that one, but that I didnt have to pay the extra $100 dollars that would have been initially quoted for a better screen. The guy was so so friendly and helpful. Will come here again but hopefully wont have to hahahaha

I brought my computer in to get cleaned. after less than 24 hours, I came back and it was spotless. He did a fantastic job and I could tell he really cared about his customers having a more than satisfactory experience. If I encounter into any issues with my PC, I will 100% be returning.
