I called Next Gen Computers about my “blue screen of death” and they said to bring it in and they backed up my data, wiped my computer, reinstalled everything and I was able to pick it up the next day. They are very efficient and affordable priced. This was not my first experience with this company and both time is was pleasantly surprised with their excellent customer service and computer knowledge. They even carried my computer to my car for me on pickup! Thanks Next Gen!

I was super impressed with the attitude and knowledge of the staff here so I took in a desktop for wiping, reloading and a clean up. They turned it around very quickly and at a reasonable price. I will be taking all of my PCs here in the future for service and will look to have these guys quote on all my new PCs. These guys are the absolute best in service and quality product. We’ve been using them for years for our computers and their after sales service is top notch. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
