These guys are the best!
I came to Bonn 2 years ago for my job. I needed several pieces of equipment to be able to WFH on days when I’m not in the office. They took great care of me and helped put together everything needed, e.g. extra monitor, keyboard, docking station, etc.
I came to Bonn 2 years ago for my job. I needed several pieces of equipment to be able to WFH on days when I’m not in the office. They took great care of me and helped put together everything needed, e.g. extra monitor, keyboard, docking station, etc.
Then, last week one of my laptops started to get noisy and the display was intermittent. Apparently, it was just the fan which was causing the CPU to throttle. Anyway, it was fixed within 2 days at a very reasonable price and all is good again.
Put your trust in them and you won’t go wrong. Strongly recommend.
Ok, these guys did not disappoint according to the good reviews. I think people-centered humanist customer services should be promoted and the guy that helped me was just naturally kind, friendly and efficient. Super satisfied.
