1 Stern ist hierfur noch zu viel. Sehr enttauscht vom Service. Neuen Artikel gekauft, nach 2 Wochen defekt. In Markt gebracht.wurde dann an Hersteller geschickt.
Uns wurde zugesagt das man uns informiert, da wir nichts mehr gehort hatten haben wir telefonisch nachgefragt.
Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, mit der Aussage “Gerat ist in Tuttlingen, man wird sich schon melden wenn es in Balingen ist “.Telefon Nummer von uns wurde erneut notiert!!!!!
Heute halbe Woche spater mussten wir wieder nachfragen, da sich niemand gemeldet hat. Heute folgende Aussage “wir hatten ihre Telefonnummer nicht und konnten sie nicht informieren, Gerat hat jetzt nen Transport Schaden und wird erneut eingeschickt!
Was soll das… ich kaufe kein Gerat das nachher standig zwischen euronics und dem Hersteller hin und her geschickt wird anstatt wir es nutzen konnen.
Kunftig werden wir wieder nach Albstadt fahren da gabs noch nie Probleme.

Garbage store, garbage service. Have absolutely no patience for this kind of tech store. Ordered something in the store with the expectation for it to arrive before Christmas season but was returned with garbage news instead. Wished for a quick, good news for the present since I’ve been waiting for information on it for ages but was reciprocated with cruel, condescending stares from employees as well as absolutely no care from them. Saw the exact same product for sale with promised quick delivery times but thought I could do my business within the store for more efficient and quick progress. Will not be taking my business to such a god forsaken store again, thank you.
Edit: Do not wish for contact to the store’s customer support, as aforementioned, not taking my business here again so I don’t wish to take this issue any further than a well deserved bad review.

Mit Abstand der Inkompetenteste Verkaufer den ich jemals hatte. Habe mich im Internet uber Drucker informiert und es wurde angezeigt im Markt Balingen sofort abholbar. War er nicht was nicht schlimm ware aber auf die Frage ob man den bestellen konnte kam die Antwort ” keine Ahnung “. Sorry aber kundenfreundlich ist anders.
