Paid a lot of money for a laptop, when I recieved it, it had problems from day 1. As soon as I came back to Berlin from a vacation, I took the laptop to the store to get it fixed. They took over 6 weeks to send me my laptop back, without repairing it. “Issue could not be reproduced”. Why? Because they guy at the store didn’t write down crucial info about laptop having issues only when disconnected.
No help from notebooksbilliger, no replacement for laptop, nothing, radio silence. With faulty laptop I cannot even sell or use when disconnected… I am a freelancer, so without my laptop, I can’t do my work.
I sent my laptop for repairs again since the first time it hasn’t been repaired, they won’t send it back. They had it FOUR MONTHS. Can anyone believe this?? Imagine you pay over 2k for a laptop and you don’t get to use it for four months?? They told me to be patient 7 weeks ago, then 5 weeks ago. I have 30 emails all together between us, and I had to get my lawyer involved because they refused to meet the deadline to send the laptop back. SO now I have to go through litigation process. This has been the worst experience of my life. I have spent so much time and nerves, stressed out of my mind trying to bring my laptop back and trying to get them to do their work.
They will reply to this that I should email them at service whatever, but I did, over 15 times so far, and it got me nowhere.
Laptop has been sent from Asus to NBB, Asus confirmed it. NBB just does not care.
I did talk to Asus customer support recently, and they informed me that NBB did not forward them any info on the device errors that I provided, so they had nothing to go on, which is why they just restarted the device and sent it back unrepaired. So yes, it is in fact your fault. Its been FOUR MONTHS OF ME NOT HAVING MY LAPTOP. Absolutely insane and unacceptable.
AVOID AT ALL COST, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. And in case someone has had a similar experience, look me up and msg me so we can go into joint litigation process against them.
Original Review: Called beginning of September regarding a return/ repair to let them know that I will be on vacation till beginning of October and customer rep said that it won’t be shipped before that day and that I wouldn’t have to do anything. I specifically asked if I need to send an email for confirmation, he said no. Of course, now it is being shipped before I return from the US and via email the customer rep seriously tells me that due to German law I am obligated to receive the package. Does the customer support seriously think I will be terrified to disappoint the German laws ans immediately end my vacation? What about an apology for the wrong information I got via phone instead of telling me about German laws? What about finding a solution like you are paid to do instead of blaming it on the customer? Would be out of business in the US with this bad service and bad knowledge. I honestly do not care how you ship it to me once I am back in Germany, your service gave me wrong information, I organized it in advance and you couldn’t handle it as promised.
