We went to the vodafone shop in Bingen last week and we had fantastic service from Herr Kaz. He reviewed our contracts to save us money and explained everything in detail as we are not very good at reading German yet. He also assisted us with a technical issue on our Vodafone TV service

Wollte umziehen und hab wegen neuem Internet Vertrag nachgefragt. Dort wurde mir ein Cube angedreht mit einer unnotigen 100gb Karte die man nicht benotigt und obwohl es auch eine Box gegeben hatte. Also wenn ihr abgeholt und schlechteres Internet wollt empfehle ich den Laden gerne!
Top Service und Beratung von Herrn Ozturk, insbesondere als Auszubildender schlagt er sich sehr gut. Die Datenubertragung hat wunderbar geklappt und meine vorherige Daten wurden gerettet. Immer wieder gerne!
