I ordered a Cherry T2 keyboard (the one with all the special characters), and while Cherry products are of very high quality, my 8 key on the numpad broke after 4 months – things like that happen. Upon calling Cyberport, I was told that not only would I get a brand new keyboard free of charge, I can even keep the old one (which, as a backup, isn’t bad). The gentleman on the hotline was helpful, professional and cordial. 10 of 5 stars, will come back for sure. Thanks Cyberport, you made my day guys! Just as a little addon, I recommend the T2 layout to anyone, it’s fascinating and a godsend for anyone who works anything related to typography.

I ordered a laptop from this store. They entered the shipping details incorrectly and the parcel returned to the store. I asked to wait a few days because I would not be able to receive the parcel. I sent the shipping details and a few hours later I got information that there will be a refund and the purchase is canceled. It’s a joke. Does anyone there take customers seriously?

After contacting the company again, a new order was created with the previous price. The order was shipped and came without a problem

I’ve been dealing with Cyberport.de twice and i will certainly deal with them again! Both my purchases were highly desired and hard to get products that I’ve been looking for everywhere and Cyberport delivered. They even honoured my order despite running out of stock – not often the case with other shops. I’ve used domestic and international delivery and both were fast and solid. I had no need to deal with support. I highly recommend.
